Got there early (15 min) to pick up a reserved U-Haul. The store was locked up tight. Called to let them know we were there to pick up and got told to call back in 15 mins and he’d walk us through it. We called back and got voicemail. Canceled that reservation to go somewhere else. Totally unexceptionable. After we canceled we get call back. No thank you!
Do not recommend this business for UHaul rental. Arrived on Saturday to pick up truck and business was closed. Key was not left. Hold time on UHaul customer service was lengthy. Owner was not helpful.
This is the second time I’ve had trouble getting a uhual rental here. Our first time was a couple years ago, waited half an hour for someone to show up even though we had reservations and online it said they were open. Today we had a reservation (also says online they’re open today) scheduled for ten in the morning. We got there about ten minutes after and no one was there!
