Made an appointment for an on-site estimate on bathroom. The guy never showed, wouldn’t answer my phone call or return the call. I can’t say what kind of work they do, but I can say they showed a lack of professionalism and reliability.
We asked for an estimate on a kitchen remodel. Mike showed up, took all our information and measurements etc. Said he would get an estimate to us in a week or so. It’s been 2 months or more, no word from him. I believe it was not a big enough job so he dumped us. Beware to those that aren’t HIGH end type customers. He’s only interested in the big jobs. We have gone with DAVE’S Remodeling from Radford. Dave has been responsive, interested and courteous. He took the job and we are happy.
Great experience working with them!!
