last place I would even take my kids powerwheels to, employees have not clue what going on.
They are unprofessional & doesn’t have good customer service. My mom made me an appointment for an oil change & I received an email with a receipt saying that they put me in the system for 10:00am. Because I wasn’t in the system I had to wait two hours for my oil change and me & my mom was told “it’s nothing we can do & it’s no reason to be frustrated”. I don’t recommend this place & please call to make sure your appointment is set if you make one online !
Five stars all the way around, these folks know how to treat people. They make me feel important, and that my car is in good hands as well.
