Had my first experience with Roshan yesterday and he was great. I had about 5 knives, a pizza cutter, pruners, and two hedge trimmers for him. There was a misunderstanding about what the hedge trimmers were over email and I didn’t realise I needed to pull them apart first too (rookie error on my part). Roshan was so nice though and offered to do it all even though it meant he was working from roughly 4:30pm until nearly 8pm! The finished quality of each tool was fantastic. Definitely recommend his services!

Roshan was kind enough to fit me in on a Saturday morning. Taking care of an ex-chef's set of 11 Global knives that i bought second-hand, most of which had significant chips in them, he did a stellar job in what must have been a pretty warm mobile workshop as the sun was blazing on the driveway. Pro tip: if it's a hot day, make sure you have a shady, level parking spot for Roshan to park his van. Amazing work and very reasonable prices. We will be calling him again when the knives need another spruce up.
