I lost power due to a recent storm in upstate NY and also ran out of gas at home for my emergency heater. To top it all off, my car wouldn’t start so I felt completely stuck at home. We stayed in Prattville for a family vacation when our car overheated outside Stamford. We called 2 other mechanics in the area, and one was too busy and didn't answer. Carl was our third call, and not only did he tell me how to get to him safely, but he was also calm and very kind. Carl spent about 30 minutes on our vehicle and was able to troubleshoot the problem and fix it. He saved our vacation.
