These guys go above and beyond each and every time I need something done! I’ve been watched them work in all kinds of weather take care of customers when they show up with emergency repairs and do it all giving their best! Thank you guys for keeping my truck running strong and safe for all the miles I have to travel to see my kids your hard work doesn’t go unappreciated!
UPDATE: In response to the owner’s comments below, I’ve posted a video of my most recent visit on platforms like Nextdoor, where video uploads are allowed. I also have recordings from previous visits that I’m holding onto for now. Words can be twisted—video can’t. The footage clearly shows what really happened. Reasonably priced and Friendly staff.
I am beyond furious with my experience at Guaranteed Auto Center at 437 East Highway 90 in Little River, South Carolina. After getting a simple tire rotation, my car immediately started making noise. I brought it back, and they told me I needed all my wheels balanced and new tires. That didn’t sit right with me, so I took it to Firestone — a company that specializes in tires — and guess what?
