British guy answered the phone, originally thought it was a service shop. He explained it wasn't and that they do parts. Started getting angry that I was asking questions to find an answer, and told me to never call back. Wouldn't recommend speaking to this guy at least, hopefully everyone else is a lot nicer!
First time I used this shop. The tech answered my questions in simple terms. Great service and reasonable price. I am happy to recommend this shop to my friends and family.
I was very pleased with their customer service, and how kind everyone was to me I didn’t know how to explain what was wrong and unlike most shops they were very considerate/patient.
