The staff is not friendly, communication is minimal, and the overall customer service leaves a lot to be desired. One of the biggest issues is the extremely long wait times. If you’re okay with being without your car for five to six months, then this place might work for you. This place is amazing. Great quality work and some of the best paint jobs I have ever seen. Like if nothing ever happened! great customer service and will get the job done in a timely manner as long as the insurance approves it. 10/10 recommend this shop to everyone that needs any body work or paint done! extremely satisfied with my vehicle’s outcome. if i need any more work done in the future i will definitely be coming back. :)
I would like to start by saying CS Auto Body in Hesperia has the best Customer Service !! Diego went out of his way to make sure my car was up to spec and that I was overall satisfied with the outcome :) Quality and work ethic is the key for customer satisfaction and CS is right at it. Definitely recommended and will come back any time !
You can't find a better place to bring either your everyday driver or your beloved classic that needs a show quality paint job the people here are freaking amazing you can tell they are car people and that this is not just a job I wouldn't bring my vehicle to any other place I wouldn't recommend any other place they will be doing the paint job on my beloved 1980 El Camino G-Body that I'm doing a frame off restoration and putting a 1400 horsepower Turbo Power LS3 and 4l80e transmission it's my baby and I would not allow anybo... read more
