Really didn’t want to post this.. took my suv here after some body damage caused by a tow truck, I saw their work on instagram and wanted them to fix my suv.. when I went in to get a quote, the owner asked me what happened, I explained the situation and he told me “I know your just trying to get a check, I don’t have time to give out quotes all day.” It was rude to assume that I “just wanted a check” and not to fix my $60,000 SUV that was damaged. This place is amazing. Great quality work and some of the best paint jobs I have ever seen. Like if nothing ever happened! great customer service and will get the job done in a timely manner as long as the insurance approves it. 10/10 recommend this shop to everyone that needs any body work or paint done! extremely satisfied with my vehicle’s outcome. if i need any more work done in the future i will definitely be coming back. :)
I would like to start by saying CS Auto Body in Hesperia has the best Customer Service !! Diego went out of his way to make sure my car was up to spec and that I was overall satisfied with the outcome :) Quality and work ethic is the key for customer satisfaction and CS is right at it. Definitely recommended and will come back any time !
Absolutely hands down the best experience I've had with a repair shop period. Diego and Sasha were amazing. They worked with us and our insurance company throughout the unusual and quite difficult process. We were kept informed and updated regularly. Their work and character are unequaled. I can't even tell that my vehicle was ever damaged. Thank you CS auto body for a wonderful experience.
