Mitch was responsive and helpful. During the initial phone call he explained the duct cleaning process and what to expect. He offers transparent pricing and is worth every penny. C&S came to my house in Newburyport on time were professional and did any outstanding job. I was surprised by the amount of junk that was in the ducts. The house was built in 1967 and I was concerned the cleaning equipment could have damaged the ducts which was not an issue. The crew was friendly and efficient and left the house as clean as when they arrived.
