Called for trailer at 4am. Dropped trailer, bobtail back to the parking lot. 6 HOURS LATER for 4 pallets, coupled with the Rudest “lady” security guard. Her while demeanor was just rude for no reason. I hope that she has a better day. But no need to project her nasty optics onto others. Hope I don’t see her next Tuesday…

Everything is good🫡🫡🫡 !! My appointment time is 7:30am isn’t up yet then unloading is done at 6:30 am wow absolutely amazing,
A smooth experience overall. Easy check-in and check-out—park in the back, they’ll call you for a door, then bobtail over to parking after unloading. Restroom and vending on site. You can arrive up to 24 hours early and stay overnight until you’re unloaded, but once you’re empty, you’ll need to head out.
What the hell is wrong with those idiots? 8 pallets trailer was supposed to be indoors at 11:30, and now it's 3:10. This is absolutely insane!
