Got here at 9am appointment was for 1130am. Still not unloaded it's 530 pm. Missed my next stop because my they won't release my trailer. A whole day waiting for just a few pallets to be unloaded. Do yourself a favor and never come to this place. C&S Hatfield MA
Loved that you could check in the night before with overnight parking, and have a drivers lounge next to parking. 0530 appt, in dock at 0430 and out by 0600! Has to be one of the smoothest deliveries I’ve ever had.
Lady in the office is rude and takes them forever to unload u pack a lunch u going to be here over 13 hrs or more
I got a call for dock 04:24 am and right now’s 10:20 am still not yet any response from them for 6 hours and continue
