Horrible office and OBGYN. I went in for a Well Woman Visit and asked a question about my breast and she BILLED me an established patient visit and now expects me to pay a co pay. On top of all of that, she is rude, does NOT listen, is quick and dismissive, acts annoyed with any questions. I felt like cattle being ran through the shoot given 2 minutes with no compassion or care. I would NOT recommend Cheetwood or any OB at her office. This was my 3rd bad experience with her so I gave her a lot of grace. Just don’t go to her.
Dr. Cheatwood and her nurse Angie took great care of me during both of my pregnancies. My first I had to have a c-section and til this day no one knows unless I point out my scar to them. My second child I requested a vbac. Dr. Cheatwood listened and went over everything with me medically to be sure I can have one. She checked on me multiple times while I was in labor via phone and in person. The care she provided made me feel safe and heard. Dr. Cheatwood is a great doctor I've been seeing her since 2017
I was really excited to start seeing a new female OBGYN and unfortunately Dr. Cheatwood did not live up to my expectations. I have been struggling with PCOS for over three years now and have yet to find a medication or provider that works for me. After my first appointment, I was told to immediately cease the hormone medication I have been on for the past two years cold turkey. Nurse needs to learn to knock before entering after patient is left in room to disrobe. I switched from Dr. Kallenberger to Cheatwood after he retired. She seems nice. Needs to work on bedside manner a little more. Direct but not friendly. I will go back again to her because it may have been just an off day. She is attentive to listening and explaining.
