Great area for short hikes and downhill snow fun.
Kids always have a great time coming here. They don't have skiing lessons, nor repair snowboards or other equipment (you need to go to Ski Brule for that) but there are two tow ropes for people to use, one for a large semi-steep hill (Big Tow Hill) for skiiers and snowboarders (snowboarders often build ramps and jumps on this hill) and a smaller hill (Little Tow Hill) for sledders.
