We didn’t end up with Crystele homes unfortunately but I m just writing to leave a positive feedback and thank John from Crystele home who was super helpful when we visited him at the Box hill office. This builder was in our shortlist top two.
We had a fantastic experience with John Thompson from Crystele Homes. Their prices were more competitive than all the larger builders we visited, and we felt reassured knowing Crystele has been building homes for 18 years. John worked with us to customise the design to suit our block, making the process seamless. They even helped with landscaping, which was a huge bonus! I had an unfortunate experience with one of the sales agents at Crystele Homes. While I won’t mention names, I strongly advise anyone considering a house and land package with them to carefully review all details and double-check everything before proceeding. Many verbal assurances may not be reflected in the written contract, and there can be pressure to sign documents quickly.
