We purchased house a land through Crystele homes mid-late last year. From the first interaction at the display homes in menangle with Elie to the meetings with Hayley, the colour appointments with Rebecca and the building with Victor it was so clear to see we made a great choice. Building a home is definitely not an easy process, and as first home builders, we learned a lot along the way. There were some issues during our build where we felt certain details could have been communicated better, and at times we had to follow up ourselves regarding approvals such as CDC, Section 68, and other processes.
