We worked with this contractor on a house remodel. He doesn't pay his subs on time. We installed new cabinets on March 14th. We finally got paid on July 11th, 4 months late. He wouldn't pay us until he got the final draw from the bank after the house was completed. I have been installing custom kitchens for 20 years, and this is the first time I have dealt with a contractor that doesn't pay his subs.
