HORRIBLE! After Crystal drove in 20 minutes late, we proceeded with the appointment. I wanted my current blonde hair to have some "stripes" of a low light. I showed Crystal a picture of a very ice-blonde woman with minimal low-lights. She proceeded to give me an all-over ash-brown-gray color with very minute blonde stripes.
