terrible! The lady has her own hours, whenever she feels like opening/answering calls; very inconvenient for the client. She lost my file of my measurements and my deposit and refuses to give a refund of the deposit even if the dress wasnt ordered/purchased! Place is dirty and unorganized, do not waste your time even trying to call to inquire of something!!
