The award we purchased is absolutely beautiful. Production was a breeze and it arrived a day earlier than expected.
Was gifted a beautiful (non-engraved) gift that unfortunately I could not use. Was hoping I could switch it out for something else. Service was awful. They do not do exchanges or gift cards. Miriam H. at customer service gave robotic unhelpful answers. Refused to let me speak to any manager. Would not order from them since they are not customer friendly.
