Dealing with sales rep was great. Then got passed to project manager, very difficult in communication. Many details got lost in the shuffle! Asked to speak to the design team and was told they don't speak English! Project went bad and I was left holding the bag without any effort for resolution by Crystalia. Beware of fraudulent practices. They’ll keep your deposit after breaching and trying to change the terms of the contract. We provided exact laser measurements to the sales representative. They offered a warranty as part of the contract/agreement. After their design team came back, they wanted to either change the design or not provide any warranty, even through there was no variation in measurements from what we originally provided them.
