They offered a warranty as part of the contract/agreement. Unfortunately one you sign with these guys, you are forgotten. I purchased doors and was told the timing would be July/August. Things have been pushed out now twice. Was holding out on sharing my feedback here but I am hoping for some resolve. The communication has been disappointing… saying they will follow up and never do, you have to go tracking them down for answers. My advice is please do your due diligence when vetting timelines out with companies like this, they will tell you what you want to hear to get the business ... read more
