Not getting from a local company was a big mistake. Having to do our own onsite measurements and install was a huge pain and I would never do again. Overall quality ok, and still in the middle of install, but ended up being large gaps and have to cover with trim pieces they sent and not an ideal finish look we would have wanted when spending $16k for wine room glass.
It's a fairly long process, but you'll be very happy with the quality, craftsmanship and professionalism at the end. Overall very high quality product but what really stood out was the professionalism of the installation process. The team was meticulous, extremely neat and just did a a incredibly high quality job. And mine was a pretty small project, so if they pay this close attention to the minor details, I'm sure it's even better for the larger scale projects. Very impressed with the team overall.

From the first conversation to the final installation, everything was handled professionally and with great communication. The installers were on time, friendly, and took pride in their work. Very disappointed with my experience with this Crystalia Glass. I am a builder, and ordered an interior sliding door in April and it’s still not been installed and it’s now July. They do not deliver and install until it’s paid in full. They were paid in full a month ago and still have not installed the door. I will not be using this company again.
The glass doors look great. They were installed in one day. The crew was professional and cleaned up behind themselves. I really like the finished product. Good job
