Unfortunately one you sign with these guys, you are forgotten. I purchased doors and was told the timing would be July/August. Things have been pushed out now twice. Was holding out on sharing my feedback here but I am hoping for some resolve. The communication has been disappointing… saying they will follow up and never do, you have to go tracking them down for answers. My advice is please do your due diligence when vetting timelines out with companies like this, they will tell you what you want to hear to get the business ... read more

These guys are pros. I had them put a glass partition into a large room in an UWS prewar. Could have been a disaster. But they pulled it off. Dealt with the complexities in my building, walls, etc. product quality is impeccable. Installed with great care and precision. Big advance buys like this always stressful in terms of how it will work out but these guys delivered. And Zach — OMG — insist to work with him. Special guy.
So, the delivery and process took several months, and there was a delay in my shipment that was "uncontrollable" by the company based on 3rd party freight forwarder. Took over 5 months; first contact was 1/9 and installation was 6/19. I was skeptical during the process to say the least and I already paid majority of total. however, when the glass arrived, the company was very quick to get it installed and communication picked up even after i paid the full amount, which i thought was fantastic.
