These guys are pros. I had them put a glass partition into a large room in an UWS prewar. Could have been a disaster. But they pulled it off. Dealt with the complexities in my building, walls, etc. product quality is impeccable. Installed with great care and precision. Big advance buys like this always stressful in terms of how it will work out but these guys delivered. And Zach — OMG — insist to work with him. Special guy.
So, the delivery and process took several months, and there was a delay in my shipment that was "uncontrollable" by the company based on 3rd party freight forwarder. Took over 5 months; first contact was 1/9 and installation was 6/19. Crystalia Glass LLC is the real deal. I am pretty frugal, so I wanted to personally do my office partition install instead of hiring outside labor. They were very patient and detailed with what was needed and allowed me to review plans and ask questions along the way. The plans sent were perfect and easy to follow if you are familiar with basic drafting conventions. Delivery was sent in their own vehicle, so everything was scratch free and handled with care.
