I had to get my first crown done at Crystal Dental today and it was a quick and painless process. Dr. Alex and his team took excellent care of me and made the whole experience much more relaxing than I was expecting. This is definitely my new dentist!
The worst dental office in LA! Would never recommend anyone to go here. As soon as you walk in the customer service is absolutely terrible. I walked in with my sister in very bad gum pain and the wife of the doctor was extremely rude we ended up leaving 30 seconds later, no wonder they have terrible reviews. In the medical field, prioritizing respectful patient care is crucial, and I believe there is a lot of room for improvement for this dental office.
