We bought a 633 nm single longitudinal mode laser for interferometry research. It has continued to work as advertised for years and shows no signs of quitting.

Ordered their 405 nm laser for Raman experiments, but noticed a dual mode peak making it impossible to use for high resolution measurements. Worked with them to remedy the issue but after 2 years of effort and 3 replacement lasers they were not able to provide the product quoted on their website. Additionally, their technical service center was ill-equipped to measure the issue I was observing. So, instead they just kept shipping new lasers hoping that each one would work, which wasted both their time and mine.
