I just experienced the worst customer service ever from Crystal Windows this afternoon. Had a scheduled technician appt to measure and assess window frame damage to one of my rental properties. Explained when I made the appt that I did not live there and would need to travel 40 minutes. Appt was for 2-3pm, when they called to confirm they changed the time to 12-2pm. I waited till 1:45pm to call and see if the technician was going to make the appt, they said he was held up and that I should wait til 3pm, at 3 pm they continue... read more
Great people, and they really care about their customers. Although I bought my windows through my contractor that suggested Crystal, they were more than informative when I had gone to their showroom. The Sales Manager, Tony, was more than helpful to explain every single spec.
Enjoyed the service very much. I had an installation problem due to my contractor's fault and I called them in to fix it. Exceptionally quick & extremely nice to me. They explained everything that went wrong and it was such a simple problem I couldn't believe I couldn't have fixed it myself. Either way, they are good people and will be seeing more of my business.
