We have been with them a year now and they have proven to be very responsive and continue to do excellent work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pool service company.
Very professional
I chose "Al" and Crystal Wave Pool Service, because they were well-reviewed, and because they were more reasonably priced than other well-rated services. My previous pool service was good, but I am happy to report that Al and Crystal Wave are doing a better job, with more flexibility, and fewer upcharges. I don't mind the one upcharge for credit card payments, because they make it each to pay online through my bank's bill pay (or you can use Zelle). Al is very good to work with, and I recommend his company highly.
Al seems to be a very hard worker. He knew the spa needed extra attention. But his boss or ? Complained he spent too much time and had 10 to 12 stops and couldn t do any better for spa The spa was cloudy and needed to be brushed better The person emailing back and forth after I asked to speak to them Kept making excuses and unprofessional e mails. Business response:
The spa was very dirty and definitely needed extra attention. Al is the main technician and co-owner so mainly handles repairs and startups. After 2 initial visits of an hour or longer for a small spa, Al got it back to perfect condition. Thus it was assigned to our regular route technician for that area on Friday. However, the house is little off road and confusing to find so John was not able to do it. Prompt responses when I call or email. They have cleaned pool once and so far I am pleased.
Great work, but I think they need to communicate better with the client. I was disappointed to learn after I hired them that they upcharge for credit card payments. This is my preferred method of payment, but I shouldn't have to pay extra to use it. Disappointing.
