Honestly, I can't speak highly enough of Crystal Waters Plumbing. From the very first contact they were quick to respond, friendly, and super helpful. What I appreciated most was getting a straight-up set price over the phone, no vague "we'll see when we get there" routine. For context, I'd had another plumber quote me $730 the day before to fix a leaking shower. Crystal Waters came in and did the exact same job for $160, which was the price they quoted me upfront. Nick & Hayden provide good service and are friendly and professional. Nick clearly explained how the installation of a filter could be done after I had been told it wasn’t possible by another contractor. Hayden carried out the work in an effortless and timely manner, leaving everything clean & tidy and giving me clear operating instructions. Thank you both. A job well done.
