Absolutely 100% recommend....Nick is very good at his job, and very competitive...he put me a new toilet in this morning...was out to me within a hour of calling him.....he's neat and tidy, and leaves everything spotless...will definitely be using him again....thank you Nick.......

Nick did a great job fixing our hot water system. He arrived on time, explained the issue clearly, and handled everything very efficiently. He was professional, friendly, and trustworthy. We were especially grateful that he came out during the busy holiday season — it really meant a lot to us. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his customers. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing or hot water system repairs.

Nick did a fabulous job on our hot water system. He found the problem straight away, replaced the thermostat, and it works perfectly. I was expecting thousands to replace the whole tank. Definitely recommend Crystal Waters and Nick
