We have 17 yrs of using their service's , they are great company!
I have absolutely no idea how this company is even in business. They installed a water softener into one of the properties but did not know the address of the property?!? That went on for 5 months. Then out of the blue 6 months later I get an invoice.. can't tell me what dates it covers or anything. Cannot provide any contract info, or information about ongoing service. I have been waiting almost a month and am getting nothing from this company. Ridiculous!
After moving into our new home we found that our well water was not very good. There was a reddish tint and the flavor of the water was off. We received a very reasonable quote from Crystal Water Conditioning. It included a water softener, a tannin filter, and an RO system for our drinking water. All this equipment ended up being less that quotes we received from other companies that only included the softener and tannin filter.
