I was in need of a hearing test. After some very friendly telephone service from Freya it was with ease I made an apt for just a few days later. When I arrived I was felt comfortable and was treated with kindness and respect. My apt and time in the office was on minimal. Charles was lovely and to the point. Checked out Crystal Vision for the first time and had a wonderful experience! The team was so helpful and didn’t make me feel pressured. They helped me find a pair of sunglasses that worked for me and made me feel great! Check out Crystal Vision if you’re looking for glasses! I came back to get them fixed as I sat on them (oops!) and they were soooo helpful!!!!! Melody fixed them !! yay!
This was my first time experience at this store but I will continue to go back. No need to go anywhere else for glasses. The staff are all so helpful and go out of their way to make things right. I think I dealt 4-5 different staff members and each of them were so kind and helpful. Great store!!
