It’s hard to find customer service like this these days. Shelby was so kind, helpful and made my overall experience of finding glasses so positive. They were able to get the specific glasses I wanted when multiple other places told me they could not. Within 3 days of placing the order over the phone they arrived in store. When I picked them up her and her colleagues greeted me and my dog with warmth and hospitality.
