I bought my hearing aids approximately 3 months ago from Kris. His testing was thorough and he shared a wealth of information not only about the new aids but also my old ones. I have worn hearing aids for over 10 years and have not received the same level of service as he provides. He listens and is solution focussed. He finds ways to make my aids work for me.
