Shelby was efficient with tasks and intake; Melody found a good pair of sturdy frames for me even though there were so many constraints and Ryan got my old lenses transfered over to them impressively fast. If I could give a 10/10 I would as 5 stars doesn’t seem enough. I have gone in twice now for both vision and hearing and I must say I strongly recommend this place for any of your needs. The staff are amazing -Amazingly kind and respectful -Great to speak to -They do there testing very thoroughly and efficiently -Go above and beyond -Great sense of humour as well Honestly just don’t go to any other place as I know Crystal Vision & Better Hearing will treat you better, and do a better job!

My son and I have both gotten glasses here repeatedly for my son. Absolutely great value, excellent customer service and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I also like the fact that they remember me when I go in and they're very friendly
Amazing customer service received a phone call that my lenses were in walked in the store I was able to get the lenses put in within 30 minutes. I will never buy Glasses anywhere else.
