Awesome service. Real friendly staff. Recently got hearing aids and Kris was so gentle and patient. He took the stress right out of the process. Very satisfied customer here!
Few Years back I tried to book an appointment with this company, not realizing I had previous issues with an employee who worked there. (This employee had previously worked elsewhere for years so I was unaware they did as the issues were years prior) Instead of choosing to redirect me to a different location, they called me (while on speaker with there staff) and told me I was not welcome, insulted me and then told me I had mental health issues. Was looking good for a specific designer frame I saw elsewhere and really liked. They were able to find the product and bring it in on a much better price package than the other outlet. They went above and beyond for me. And this wasn't the first time they did this for me. Great people and great service.
