I live all the way in dekalb, and drove 2 and half hours just to put my name on the waiting list the beginning of November. The lady told me I was number 6 on the waiting list for a two bed room. At one point I was calling every week just to check on the status of the application. Management is out of control specifically Deseree.. She’s Very rude, argumentative and unprofessional. Upon expection I Seen a lot that needed to be replaced and fixed I told them and it never got fixed until months after move in.. maintenance enter your home without permission and if you don’t want them to then it’s $25 charge.. They said they can’t replace some blinds even if they are old and raggedy..
