Apart from the HOA, I love living in Crystal Valley Ranch. Unfortunately, the HOA is completely unreasonable. The HOA threatens us multiple times a year about the appearance of our home. We received our first threatening letter within 1 month of moving into the home for not weeding the front yard fast enough. Since then they have threatened us over things as petty as Christmas lights and grass not growing fast enough after putting down new seed. I love our home but thanks to the HOA, I already want to move.
