Nice mobile park clean grounds were not trashy leasing agent was super nice very professional and helpful have different financial options for various situations you can buy rent or if needed have a cosigner still can get denied due to credit or score.
I have lived in the park for a little over 5 years. The park is not perfect, that's for sure. The new owners have made some improvements. I have enjoyed living in the park. It's convenient to just about everything. The residents that I live around are very nice people. the management staff does a great job.
