Had a great experience. Very friendly staff and excellent service!
The crew was on a land clearing job, an hour and a 1/2 away from home base. You stuck on job because of hydraulic button. This team in Ocala went out of their way to get me apart from their headquarters in Inverness, personally, drive it to the store and then send one of their members out to deliver it. To the property, I had the part within 2 hours. Truly a satisfied customer, as always, but you went beyond. Thank you so much. I always recommend you all, but this was top.Notch

I'm a very particular shopper when it comes to buying things that I'm financing. I went to Scott at Crystal tractor, the location on highway 40 in Ocala, and simply wanted to look at what they had and the prices. I never felt pressured, and I never had the indication that they we're going to lock the gate until I made a deal with them. I shopped around to a couple of other dealerships.
