Contacted the dealership and worked with Stephanie Wade. Stephanie has such great customer service and really went above and beyond to do everything I asked of her, every change I made, every question, everything. Always responsive to calls or text messages. Since I live in Chattahoochee, I had to pass by 2 other Crystal Tractor dealerships, and don’t regret that decision at all.

Having grown up with a tractor, I had plenty of experience with farm equipment, but not a lot of experience with buying tractors. Stephanie at Crystal in Madison worked to find me the tractor I wanted set up exactly as I needed it, and continued to keep me informed throughout the process. I do not think I've ever had a better experience making a large purchase. Gary dropped my new tractor off and picked up my trade in.
