They're lucky they got one star Kubota zero turns are garbage!!!!! The deck will rot out within a year... My opinion they are garbage mowers stay away from them. They use paper thin cheap steel..........

Took my ZD 21 in for what I thought was a simple bearing issue in the deck on 8/6 of this year. Called two days following to assurances that the mower would be ready soon only to receive a call back a few hours later telling me that there was a Hydraulic line leak and the gear box was a total loss. Being a farmer all my life I get that mechanical break downs occur and that is on me. I recommend Crystal tractor and equipment to all my friends and family. From the salesman to the guys at the parts counter excellent service. I had my trimmer repaired. It was an easy process with little to no questions. Asked these are stand-up guys at this location.
