Not sure what's going on in this store, but its changed not for the good. They are no longer interested in selling used machinery and some of their good employees have left...
I called to see if they had gotten a shipment of battery powered weed trimmers in as they were totally out of them couple of weeks ago. The guy on the phone was talking with me as he walked over to check and noticed there were none on the shelf, he then went over to ask someone and I heard them tell him: I don't know, and that was it, no let me go check or nothing. I am had Crystal tire service, my lawnmower for years, and now I bought a new weedeater! Brian was so great walking me through the steps of how they have changed the state of the arc Battery. Can’t say enough about his thoroughness. Curtis and Scott also had a lot of input that I so appreciated. I would wreck anyone that wanted to buy steel products or Kubota tractors that there’s nothing better than a service they provide! Thank you, Jack Foster Orange City, Florida.
