This place ripped me off ! They charged me $73.50 and diagnosed my clutch was bad but it was a safety switch . When I brought my exmark lawnmower in on a Thursday Josh told me he would have the boys inspect my safety switches and contact me back before lunch the next day so I can avoid being without my lawnmower during the grow season . Think really hard before you buy a Kubota! This is off by more than an eighth of an inch. It doesn’t matter until you’re trying to hook the deck to the mower. If you hook up the back it’s like that on the front too. My mistake was thinking Kubota was more of a quality product.
We have purchased a few different pieces of equipment from Crystal Tractor over the last year and it's been great working with them! Robert has been our salesman for each piece and he's been amazing! My reason for bad review, my tractor was stolen from a crystal dealership from a repair line. They didn't offer to replace my loss from their supply. I had to go threw Mahindra insurance. I was shorted 5000, 4000 depreciation and 1500 deductible on a less than 1 yr new purchase. Crystal lost it not mahindra. It was stolen from Crystal. Offers have been made by Crystal but nothing of monitory value. A 2502 on sale , I can get online or another dealer like Parish kubota.
