This review is about Kubota products. This dealer did what they could do to try to help us, but neither they nor we received any support from Kubota USA. Here is my review: Purchased a brand new Kubota B2601 HSD-1 4-wheel drive tractor to use at a golf range to push a golf ball picker. At the two year mark, the tractor stopped running completely. I bought a U10 Pro today from Zack in their Homosassa location. It was a great experience and highly recommend them. Scott also helped me with the setup and was very knowledgeable.
So we bought a Tractor,, needed our 1st service done ,, they sent a young man named Kyle for the job. Talk about respectful AND ON POINT !!! This kid knows his stuff... few months later I have a small hydraulic leak , called for service again. Was relieved to see Kyle come out to help us again... As long as you guys have Kyle , you'll have our business... thx again Kyle
I highly recommend this location for your tractor and Implement needs. Chad was super friendly and knowledgeable on brand comparisons, and the Mahindra products, had a budget to work with between Chad and Miranda who by the way was awesome helpful knowledgeable we were able to get the unit that I needed at a price within my budget. purchased it on the spot. thank you so much, Crystal tractor of Homosassa. This level of service in this day and age is uncommon but very much appreciated.
Best experience ever great people to work with once you buy something here you become family and everyone is so patient and work with your needs I just cant stop praising this place absolutely BEST experience!!!
