Very professional and did everything they said they would do!! Top notch!!
Bought a so called new roxor from here. Haven’t really used but was checking all my fluids and noticed no power steering fluid. So went and got some put it in and found the line had ruptured and the hose part number doesn’t match mahindra part number. Been split so long had trash in reservoir. Shady place go buy equipment elsewhere not here cause they don’t do what they say and after the sell your on your own or have to pay them lost a tractor sell is all I can say.Would have gave no stars.

I looked at almost every Zero Turn for sale in my area. I would most definitely choose a Gravely From Crystal Tractor. I bought a 2026 Gravely ZTX 52 inch Zero Turn, and it was amazing. We have a gravely stand on mower and the drive belt went out on it,we brought it in to Crystal tractor to get it fixed and Michelle who works in the parts dept was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond trying to help us get our mower fixed. We really appreciate her help and kindness.
