By far the worst customer service ever and has no idea how to work with general public! The parts dept staff is rude and apparently doesn't do well under pressure.
Worked with Brandon in Starke. He was definitely a huge help with my purchase for a new mower. 5 stars.
Literally came in to find a part for a lawn mower we was borrowing as the belt broke. I really was not shopping for a new one even though we would love to have one. Was not even sure we could get approved, and here comes DYLAN to the recuse . An hour later we have a brand new raptor . Great service, straight to the point and in and out.
