While visiting the area and staying in a hotel nearby, I found myself outside the entrance of this small hair and nail shop. I walked in and asked about a pedicure. They seated me immediately. I then proceeded to get the best pedicure I've ever had. I don't know her name, but this young woman was fast, efficient, professional, focused. My feet, which are not attractive by my own account, looked better than ever when I walked out of there.
Helen is the most amazing and skillful hairstylist!! 💕
Just had a bad experience. Called in to ask where the salon was located (hard to find inside apartment building) and was told that they dont take walk ins and dont have time to do my nails. Very rude person on the phone. Had to leave the building without even getting inside the establishment.
The staff was very kind and professional. However, I am giving 3 stars for the manicure experience since I will have to completely take off the nail polish and get it redone somewhere else. After 4 rounds of drying / UV light that took nearly 40 minutes, my nails would not dry. Due to this, the nail polish came off and things got stuck to them. I did have a great waxing experience, however, and will come back for that.
