Just had a bad experience. Called in to ask where the salon was located (hard to find inside apartment building) and was told that they dont take walk ins and dont have time to do my nails. Very rude person on the phone. Had to leave the building without even getting inside the establishment.

The staff was very kind and professional. However, I am giving 3 stars for the manicure experience since I will have to completely take off the nail polish and get it redone somewhere else. After 4 rounds of drying / UV light that took nearly 40 minutes, my nails would not dry. Due to this, the nail polish came off and things got stuck to them. I did have a great waxing experience, however, and will come back for that.

Today I didn’t have a great experience with this location. I come to town from Georgia typically every 3 months and I always look forward to getting a pedicure at this location. I’ve had wonderful experiences until today. I tried to get a pedicure and was turned down to them being overbooked. Keeping in mind there was “not one customer” in there. I give big tips every time I come. Today, they missed out on the blessing. I was going to give a bigger tip and recommend my peers to come here. Thankfully I found a new shop around... read more

I visited this salon for the first time this afternoon and had a great experience! My nails turned out beautiful! The ladies in the salon were very friendly and attentive as well. I’ll definitely be back.
