I called Crystal Tech to come out and provide me with some updates to my outdated system. I received excellent advise from Sharky. He was out the next day to install my new IAqualink upgrade. I am extremely happy with his knowledge and courteousness. He is an excellent representation of Crystal Tech. Peter G
My experience with Crystal Tech has only been related to warranty work on my iAqua Link system pool automation controls. The system failed after a few months of service and was under warranty. The service technician validated it was a bad board and said they would order a replacement that afternoon. In the interim we bypassed the board so we could continue filter and to maintain the water quality.
