Crystal is the most professional and most responsible accountant I have ever seen. She is so knowledgeable and explains things clearly. She is also very responsible, she will ask so many questions about your detail. If you do not understand, you will think she is so detail oriented. But that is exactly the way she protects us from the IRS audit. She is so busy, she cannot accept new customer if you already have a CPA and want to switch. You need to start new from her. So please value her if you are her customer!!!
