Called to make sure they had 2 tires before I made the trip up there. I don't know my tire size nor which number on the tire they'd need. Instead of explaining which numbers, the man on the phone had a very rude tone and was only saying "Its on the tires." I would rather pay a little extra money somewhere else than do business with someone who talks to customers like that. I hung up immediately.
