please whatever you do don't live here. we put up posts of things that we are selling on the post board down by the mailbox. When we sell the item we go and take down the post and put it up a new one of other things we are selling. I don't know who the SOB is taking down our stuff but everybody but one person that lives here is a sob please save yourself do not live here. now the headquarters of Crystal Springs yes communities will post that you were to call them. Try to call them they don't answer the phone.
Not well managed, rent constantly increasing with no improvements to the environment, when it rains water constantly stands in the street making it difficult for some residents to get in and out of their cars, just to name a few of the problems. Of all the YES parks in Jacksonville it is the worst, and I know this review will never make it on the website, which, bu the way does does not show this park on the local map. They don’t want people to see the bad reviews.

whatever you do do not and I repeat do not live in any yes Community Park owned by Singapore yes communities will do absolutely nothing all you get to do is pay your rent and you get nothing. The officer manager has no say so. He has to go to the ups and that's Singapore that's what they called Corporation Corporation and does nothing. Have lived here well over a year front gates never work and lot rent constantly goes up with no improvement to the property itself dumpster area is constantly overflowing with trash as well as a moonless home had to be moved due to a sink hole they just finally managed to fix would not recommend anyone here
The management has gone down hill and has no respect for it's residents health. Beware! This is no longer a nice place to live under the new management.
