What can I say, no regret working with this family business. Owners frequently come out during the project and are easy to work with. They do quality work, and take time to address any concerns.
We hired Crystal Springs to build a custom pool for us at our home in Lakeway and are so happy we went with them! We got three bids and they weren’t the lowest price but were in the middle of the three estimates and from experience you don’t want to go with the cheapest price, you get what you pay for. What we really liked is that they are a family owned business that are involved the whole step of the way meaning they do all the work. Crystal Springs is a fantastic company! Family owned - quality like no other! From design to completion, Daniel is meticulous and Erin incredibly responsive. Our backyard was transformed into an oasis. Crews are respectful and efficient. Would recommend this company without reservation and would build again with them any day!
We had a very positive experience with Crystal Springs Custom Pools. A few months in now, and everything looks great. Eager for the weather to improve so we can really enjoy it!!
I am not sure where to begin or if there is even enough space here to describe what a horrible experience it was working with this company. But I will try. We met with several pool builders and they were definitely the highest price point. We really liked them because of the local, family business aspect and their convincing sales pitch of a promise of extreme care and attention to detail of their work.
