J’avais un problème avec la pompe de mon spa. Après avoir fait quelques appels à différents endroits et toujours tombée sur un répondeur, Crystal spa m’a tout de suite répondu, ont essayé de régler le problème avec moi au téléphone, finalement un technicien est venu et tous mes problèmes étaient résolus. J'ai téléphoné en cherchant des pièces pour mon BBQ. Ils ont commandé les pièces et j'ai recu le tout rapidement et les bons morceaux. Ils sont très sympathiques.
