The location is a good mix of being just far away from the Hangout, which is the center of beach activity, to be quiet and away from late night parties but close enough that you're with in 5-10 min drive of most anything you'd like to do. The beach is long and great for walking, but that's the only place from the condo you can walk to. Gulf Shores West Blvd is not walker friendly, but that's on the town, not the condo.
We were there 13 days and on 4 of those days either one or both of the elevators did not work! When we called the office no one knew when they would be working or our call was forwarded to voicemail. No one ever returned our call. We were on 10th floor and were there for vacation not to be stuck with no way out.
