They did an amazing job at a very reasonable price. Very professional. Personable. Showed up when they said they would. Be surprised how rare that is these days.
Very prompt, we got our job done same week because he had availability. Mike was communicative and professional. Angel did a lot of the work and he was quiet and efficient. I work from home so there was very little disruption.
Mike was very helpful in explaining what would be done to fix a crack in our shower floor, setting up the appointment. Angel let me know when he would be arriving. He told me how long job should take and he was spot on . He was very pleasant and made sure we were satisfied with job prior to leaving.
We were very satisfied with the procedure done in the refinishing of our shower stall. The worker took his time, showed pride in his work, was courteous, focused and explained what and why he was taking the steps taken. He took care in preparing the area and left the area in pristine condition. We would definitely refer Crystal Shine Refinishing.
Angel did the work on my kitchen island and it turned out beautifully! Everything was done quickly from the time it was scheduled to when the work was finished. I love it!
