Great service! Great detail to her work! She also made me feel very comfortable. She laid out what she thought was best but she still allowed ME to choose what I wanted. I will be booking with her again :)

this is my first time ever going out of my way to write a negative review for ANYTHING in my entire life and this will be my first and last time going. this is DEFINITELY the worst salon experience i’ve ever had, so this review will be long because of how upset i am. first off she already had a terrible attitude on the phone talking to my fiancé.. but we thought maybe she was having a bad day so we ignored it. anyway he paid for a blowout + detangling fee, as i’m natural i straighten my hair once a year. i had extremely dry ... read more

I just left Crystal's and I feel like a new woman. She is AWESOME! She cut my hair which it needed badly and put In a beautiful color which it also needed. No one touched my hair for a year. She had her hands full! She not only rose to the challenge but worked miracles. All this for a reasonable price,plus Crystal's as sweet and pleasant as can be. I will always come back,much sooner next time.
