Hard to imagine a better experience at an urgent care facility. Receptionist, Dr Lonergan, Nurses and support staff were all delightful, friendly, kind and patient. When we got there the receptionist cleverly lowered our expectations by telling us they were running 90 minutes behind (we’d made an appointment online) and were we OK with waiting. Well, there was no wait for a room, vitals got taken right away, Dr came in after a short wait. It was amazing! (This was Friday afternoon, you’d think that would be the worst time.) ... read more
If I could give this place a zero I would!!! The nurse I dealt with was the most unprofessional and rudest person I have ever dealt with in healthcare!!! And after we left the exam room we stopped at the bathroom and overheard the nurses talking about us in a very negative manner! I have been going to this urgent care for years and I will never be back ever!!!
Losing blood somewhere in my body and have to wait a month to see someone. Hope I don’t bleed to death by then.
Absolute worst urgent care I have ever experienced. My sister has been trying to conceive for two months now. She went in because after her two pregnancy tests came back positive she started to have some abnormal bleeding. The nursed and PAs on staff treated her in the worst way possible. They degraded her and after they tested her cane back and told her “Congratulations its negative” and when she proceeded to tell them she wanted a baby they told her “no you dont, be lucky that you’re not pregnant”.
