I had an excellent experience at Crystal Run Urgent Care in Rock Hill, NY. Maryann, our nurse, was wonderful. She was attentive, compassionate, and genuinely took the time to listen to what I had to say. I am very disappointed with the way people are treated when they call for assistance. Too often, the people answering the phones are rude, have an attitude, or hang up on callers. It raises the question of why people are hired for positions that require compassion and patience when they do not seem willing to treat others with basic respect. If I ever have another urgent medical situation, I would not hesitate to use Crystal Run Urgent Care. They were very efficient.
Great office, check in was quick and easy. Receptionist was kind and personable. Doctor longergan was understanding and very knowledgeable in many areas, not just what I was there for. Very efficient.would highly recommend.
