If I could give this place a zero I would!!! The nurse I dealt with was the most unprofessional and rudest person I have ever dealt with in healthcare!!! And after we left the exam room we stopped at the bathroom and overheard the nurses talking about us in a very negative manner! I have been going to this urgent care for years and I will never be back ever!!!
Losing blood somewhere in my body and have to wait a month to see someone. Hope I don’t bleed to death by then.
Absolute worst urgent care I have ever experienced. My sister has been trying to conceive for two months now. She went in because after her two pregnancy tests came back positive she started to have some abnormal bleeding. The nursed and PAs on staff treated her in the worst way possible. They degraded her and after they tested her cane back and told her “Congratulations its negative” and when she proceeded to tell them she wanted a baby they told her “no you dont, be lucky that you’re not pregnant”. If I could give this place negative stars I would! The doctors in the urgent care were phenomenal and we had a very pleasant experience with the urgent care side. However, this is NOT an urgent care center which they market themselves as. They classify themselves with the insurance companies as a mixed healthcare group with specialists. This in turn will make your insurance company only cover portions of the bill and there is NOTHING you can do.
