Friendly warm, kind-hearted staff and medical providers; the registration process was easy and the wait time was almost nothing. It was a pleasant experience except for the reason that I had to go; I'd love to run into those people again!
Very professional and friendly urgent care Very caring
The worst experience we've ever had with a Drs office. We're trying to attend the meetings through our pregnancy and it's been rescheduled appts, dismissive Drs, frustrating calling chains, and downright hostile/incompetent receptionists. If you have a choice, stay away from Crystal Run.
Excellent staff and service
Hard to imagine a better experience at an urgent care facility. Receptionist, Dr Lonergan, Nurses and support staff were all delightful, friendly, kind and patient. When we got there the receptionist cleverly lowered our expectations by telling us they were running 90 minutes behind (we’d made an appointment online) and were we OK with waiting. Well, there was no wait for a room, vitals got taken right away, Dr came in after a short wait. It was amazing! (This was Friday afternoon, you’d think that would be the worst time.) ... read more
