Crystal Run/Optum Radiology departments do not answer the phone at any location. They leave messages asking you to call them back, and you are on hold indefinitely! No one should have to drive to a location to speak to scheduling or to the person who left you a voice message to call back. This is unacceptable! The actual radiology technicians are great and deserve 5 stars, but if I could give the call center negative stars, I would!
Worst medical provider ever!!! You have to wait in a line in the lobby to even check in because they have no employees here and then you have to wait hours in the dr room for the drs to even see you because they are over booked !!!!!waiting in this lobby line to check in you are making me miss my appointment !!!!!!! 0 out of 10 do not recommend …
This is a factory, no regard for patients and very low standard of care. I am a RN 30 years, and would never return to see a CRHC provider. Appalling.
