Trying to schedule anything is a NIGHTMARE. If you want to do it at a different facility they want you to leave a voicemail to get the authorization. When they never respond to the voicemail you have to call back 5 days later to their scheduling unit. When you call their scheduling unut they literally don't even put in the authorization. So when you call back the next day there is no record of needing an authorization. Then when they finally do their job they tell you it will be five days to receive an authorization? POOR BUSINESS ETHICS , REFERRED A PATIENT TO THEM AND BECAUSE THE RX DID NOT HAVE A DOB, THEY REFUSED MY PATIENT. PATIENT CALLED ME STATING THAT I NEEDED TO FAX OVER A NEW RX WITH HIS DOB IN ORDER FOR THEM TO SCHEDULE HIM. I'VE WORK WITH MANY OTHER RADIOLOGY FACILITIES. NEVER HAVE I ENCOUNTER SUCH RUDENESS FROM STAFF ETC. THEY NEVER TOOK A SECOND TO CONTACT THE ORDERING DOCTOR TO CONFIRM DOB. JUST SIMPLY TURNED MY PATIENT AWAY. YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER. I would say going through a tough process from the doctor Eaneli to the nurses and lab staff it was a great experience with them there for you. Each individual truly cares about you and want the best for you overall. I appreciate each every person that help me complete my radiation.
