While I'm happy with the care I receive at Crystal Run, there are ALWAYS issues with the check in process. Either the line is long or the person greeting me doesn't seem to know what they're doing...I waited for 40 minutes in reception before realizing I wasn't actually checked in! When I inquired back at reception, I received a snarky attitude/reply. Although not the doctors fault, she still made time to see me even though I had "missed" my scheduled time slot.
