Dr. Rydell and his staff are the best!
I originally started as a patient with this practice while they were still on the campus of St. Anthony's and I was very pleased. The last few years have been mediocre. This last visit for a regular exam was originally booked in June 2025. They only had August appointments. Fast forward to August, and they had to cancel on me as I was leaving for the appointment. The facility was clean, the reception staff - especially Yolanda - she was professional courteous and friendly. Your new telephone system is the worst I have ever experienced! Finally, I had to drive to Rock Hill I person to get an appointment.
