The endocrinology dept. at Crystal Run, Newburgh is outstanding. Dr. Leone keeps me informed and takes time to explain medical information and treatment. He listens and respects my opinions and input. HOWEVER, the CHECK IN PROCEDURE, since OPTUM HAS TAKEN OVER IS CUMBERSOME (Newburgh). AFTER COMPLETING THE ONLINE CHECK IN PROCESS, THE BARCODE SCANNER IS NOT WORKING (for months)!, SOO, YOU STILL HAVE TO WAIT IN A LINE TO GET CHECKED IN AGAIN! GET WITH IT OPTUM, FIX THIS!!
